QuickApp – Online Rental Application

Our newest feature, QuickApp, allows you to enhance your marketing strategy by accepting rental applications through the Internet. A prospective resident visiting your website or online vacancy listing can fill out an official rental application, sign with a digital signature and pay the application fee. The application is immediately sent to CheckPoint for screening - with the click of a button a signed application and tenant-screening results are available for your review!
Yardi and AMSI Integration - Direct Report Access
CheckPoint is pleased to announce our integration with Yardi and AMSI, both are respected providers of property-asset management software. Our clients that are using Yardi or AMSI are able to place their tenant screening orders and view reports without having to go outside their management software. We can even populate our highly used Tenant Scorecard decision into an applicant’s file!
An added benefit of utilizing either of these softwares is the ability to report a resident’s payment behavior to RentBureau, the largest and most widely used credit bureau for the rental housing industry. Reporting rental payment behavior is also an option for clients using other accounting/management softwares.
